Change your mind? Or item doesn’t quite fit how you’d like it? No problem… you have 30 days to return your order for a refund (excluding postage and packaging charges).

Items must be returned unworn / unused and in the original condition. Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on the following items: earrings, toiletries, beauty products.

Please send your item(s) along with either the original invoice, or a note with your full name, delivery address and order number to:

Once your return has been received we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed. You will be refunded via your original payment method, please allow 3-5 working days to appear back in your account.

We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned to us in a non re-saleable condition.

Unfortunately we are unable to cover return postage costs.

Please note that the item(s) are your, the customers, responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send your parcel using a signed for delivery service or one that insures for the value of the goods. 

 

 

Exchanges

We're sorry we cannot offer an exchange service, instead simply return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order online for your replacement item(s). 

For example, if you are returning something and want the same product in a different size or colour, or simply a replacement product, you will need to post back the item(s) that is unsuitable and then place a new order online for the item you require.

Faulty / Damaged Items
If an item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within the first 7 days upon receiving your items. Email shop@orcasurf.co.uk with your name, order number and along with photographic evidence.
